We cannot thank the team from Never Ending Ideas enough for being a big part of making our dream wedding come true. We still smile every single time we think about what a wonderful and meaningful day it was for us. We could not have enjoyed ourselves, knowing that our guests were well looked after but not for the tremendous effort from Rose and Andrea. When Caleb and I finally decided on a wedding date, we had less than 9 months to go. With me being in Adelaide and Caleb in Kuala Lumpur, wedding planning seemed to be an overwhelming process. We reached out to Rose, who so generously accepted us as her clients despite the short notice. Rose provided us with a clear timeline and assured us every step of the way, even when we changed our plans like a million and one times. I admit I am a Pinterest-addict, and those dreamy wedding blog articles might have given me an unrealistic dream of being able to pull off a DIY wedding for 150 guests, all while being overseas, being in a long distance relationship and going through a challenging year at work. I was adamant that I wanted to do many things by myself and now in the hindsight, I am so thankful for the many reminders and reality-check from Rose to make sure that I focus on the right thing at the wedding – that is to marry the person that I love the most in the whole wide world. Planning a DIY wedding definitely lets us personalise the wedding as much as we could and made the day so much more special for both me and Caleb. We genuinely enjoyed all the prep work for the wedding. However, it was such a relieve to know that on the wedding day itself, we could completely hand-over to the team at Never Ending Ideas and be assured that they know all the plan inside out and are determined to execute it with perfection. Rose and Andrea, we cannot express our gratitude enough for the level of professionalism and dedication that you have given to us for our wedding, even when Rose was expecting a baby! My team and I worked with Rose from the Never Ending Ideas for Tom & Jenelle’s wedding in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Tom & Jenelle flew in from the UK to have their wedding here in Kuala Lumpur. I can tell that Rose is a very attentive and a detailed wedding planner. She poured her heart out in to ensuring that everything was in utter perfection from attending to the guests to the decorations and the venue. Emotion in Pictures had the pleasure of working with Rose of Never Ending Ideas during Kijay and Anna’s beautiful church wedding. The floral arrangements and decor was tastefully done, and complemented the colour theme perfectly. This provided a wonderful backdrop for our photography. I can remember Rose being on top of everything, making sure every detail was executed to perfection. The dinner reception was also very well done, from the unique march-in of the bride and groom, to the consistent theme which was seen on the cake, stationery, bride and groom’s clothes, and choice of stage lighting. Rose is an excellent wedding planner I’d recommend to any couple.

We have had the pleasure of working with Rose a number of times providing the Sound systems and Lighting for her Weddings located in Malaysia. I have always been amazed at her attention to detail, not only in her planning, but also in the delivery. Her imagination for original themes is outstanding – who would ever have thought of Wild Ginger as a theme for a Wedding? During this particular wedding, the venue chosen was a very personal, romantic, semi outdoor restaurant with jungle surroundings in a small Malay village. Her decoration of the wedding included tables where one could sample various foods that were unique. The samples comprised of flowers and various kinds of ginger, it was a true inspiration. For Kijay and Anna, whose wedding was British India themed, the decoration was excellent, both at the Church and the Hotel. We had a gobo made so we could project a piece of artwork designed by the couple slowly around the ballroom with their initials entwined, and the evening had a very subtle fusion of Britain and India, – with an emphasis on subtle. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, then I would certainly recommend Rose.

Never Ending Ideas were just fantastic managing all our destination wedding preparations from afar by being very thorough, keeping us updated regularly, and even coming in under budget! We wanted a unique and personal wedding, which Never Ending Ideas helped us to achieve by thinking outside the box and coming up with back up options if something didn’t go to plan. We also appreciated being shielded from the chaos of last minute issues only finding out about it after the event, and we were very happy with how it was handled to make our wedding the most amazing experience.

A year before our wedding, Rose approached us and asked us if we needed a wedding planner as she had just started out as a planner. My husband and I were feeling lost and completely unsure of where to start and what to do and jumped at Rose’s offer to do so. We could not have made a better choice!

We were given a full file (with our names on it!), a 12-month detailed timeline and a requirement for monthly Skype catch-up calls. Throughout our entire wedding planning process, Rose was professional, bursting with new and fresh ideas, supportive, understanding, creative and extremely committed to the job. We knew that she spent countless hours researching our theme, liaising with vendors and running all wedding related errands. She was always there to follow up, talk us through problems, provide various alternatives and was very sensitive to our constraints and needs in the months leading up to the wedding. Her legal background was a tremendous advantage when it came to negotiating contracts, in particular in ensuring that the terms were followed. Her service was so personal and thorough. We have never heard of any other wedding planner that provides this level of service.

We were completely at ease on our wedding day as she was on top of every single detail. All we had to do was enjoy our day! We had the most beautiful, meaningful, memorable and stress-free wedding all thanks to Rose and her team of people. They are an excellent team and we are grateful to have had the privilege of choosing Never Ending Ideas as our Wedding Planner. We would do it all over again with them in a heartbeat!

We had a party in our home to celebrate a very special couple’s long-awaited wedding. Our brief to Rose was to assist us with the Planter’s Party theme. Rose is highly energetic, positive and dependable. Before the actual event, we spent many hours fine tuning all details regarding the food, how to serve the desserts and making sure that the guests were comfortable.

She transformed our pool into a galaxy of twinkling stars with lanterns that the guests wrote messages on for the couple. Her penchant for designs and labels gave ordinary cocktails a personal touch with a tinge of humour. She also suggested cupcakes arranged to represent a palm tree, in keeping with the general theme of the plantation style evening.

Our party was a huge success and one of our guests described it as “the most elegant party…”

As hosts, we will cherish the memories of this event for a long time to come. Thanks to Rose and Never Ending Ideas for pulling off the event in a very responsible and committed way.

Rose is meticulous in her planning and a perfectionist in her execution. Working with her lightened my burden of paying attention to details and precision time-keeping. She is able to take instructions and run the project on her own with minimal supervision. Her cheerful nature and constant positive outlook is an added bonus during stressful moments.
